The stacker adopts fully automatic transportation, alignment, and stacking, with the characteristics of fast speed and neat stacking. The use of a fan and belt conveyor photoelectric switch makes it easier for the aligned robotic arm to align, improving the accuracy of the alignment of the original board. The use of a chain to transport the distance between the receiving machines makes the distance between the boards closer.
The raw material board is input into the board supply device of the receiving machine. The board supply device is a conveyor belt that can transport the board up a slope to the working area of the receiving machine. Next, the board collector will use the upper blower and pulley to coordinate the transportation of the leather to the top plate position for alignment. When the photoelectric switches on both sides detect the board, the mechanical arms on both sides will push and tighten to align the raw material board with the lower board. After alignment, there will be a push rod parallel to the suction port of the blower. When the board is aligned, the push rod will work to separate it from the blower and belt. After neat stacking, the board collector will automatically adjust the height of the stacking area for the next layer of board to be stacked. When stacked to a certain thickness, the receiving machine will transport the neatly stacked boards to the processing area through a chain, facilitating the next process.
