As an important part of the rotary cutting wood production line, we have conducted a brand new research and development design for large timber saws.
Each cutting head have separate motor, to ensure enough cutting capability for heavy timber. With high quality and durable Siemens electronics for smoother and more powerful operation.
For the need of wood processing, sawing a whole log into the same size log segments, Mstar's flush saw is designed with four Siemens series motors with PLC and touch screen to achieve the automatic feeding and discharging system of the multi-blade saw, the programme technology is designed and developed by Mstar itself, which is more suitable for our machines and makes the operation more durable and stable.
The frame is covered with PE soft film to prevent wood chips from splashing.
The front section of the machine uses a Steel Wheel Conveyor with an automatic wood loading device, Ensure that the logs can enter the machine one by one, making the machine fully automated, reducing labour usage and greatly improving efficiency. Matching with Mstar's high speed rotary cutter to achieve super production.
With convey belt to move away saw waste, thus to protect machine.
