The cold press is widely used. In the production process of plywood, the cold press is mainly used in the assembly process. The cold press machine mainly squeezes the glued veneer for a period of time to ensure the veneers are bonded together, and then the plywood is basically formed. However, that plywood shall only be completed after hot pressing. Because the glue used to produce plywood is thermoset glue. The cold press machine is mainly composed of a hydraulic system, an electrical control system, a center support platform, and the main frames. The whole machine is made of welded steel plates, and the whole machine must be processed by a large gantry milling machine to ensure that the working plane is smooth enough.
