Mstar 8FT Heavy duty top and bottom double saw blades flush saw
Separate motors for top and bottom, four in total, with high quality and durable Siemens electronics for smoother and more powerful operation, ensuring that log materials can be sawed smoothly.For the need of wood processing, sawing a whole log into the same size log segments, Mstar's flush saw is designed with four Siemens series motors with PLC and touch screen to achieve the automatic feeding and discharging system of the multi-blade saw, the programme technology is designed and developed by Mstar itself, which is more suitable for our machines and makes the operation more durable and stable. Mstar's flush saw improves productivity, reduces labour intensity and automates the production process.
The front section of the machine uses a bobbin conveyor with an automatic wood loading device, making the machine fully automated, reducing labour usage and greatly improving efficiency. Matching with Mstar's high speed rotary cutter to achieve super production.
